Refund Policy

This page explains refunds for paid BirthHue plans. Paid plans are not available yet; this policy applies from the day they launch. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1.Free Plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

2.Cancelling a Paid Plan

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@birthhue.com.
Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

3.When We Will Refund

you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same period;
you were charged after you cancelled before the renewal date; or
a problem on our side stopped you from using what you paid for and we could not fix it.

We review these requests case by case and will reply within 5 business days.

4.How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up; it is commonly 5 to 10 business days.

5.Your Legal Rights

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of where you live, including any statutory cooling-off or cancellation right that applies to you.
